Standard Order Dispatch :

• Orders placed will be dispatched 2 business day. Please note we only dispatch orders Monday to Saturday.

• Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with information which can be viewed on the package of your order Please note that if you have not received it after 3 days please check your Spam folder.
• Parcels can be delivered to residential, PO Box and business addresses Australiawide*.  
• Orders are shipped Monday to Staurday every week of the year.
• We utilise a variety of carriers including various Couriers depending on your location. 
• Peace of Mind Insurance is offered at the checkout and covers your order for Loss, Theft or Damage whilst in transit. Orders where insurance is not purchased are covered up to a maximum of $50 by the carrier. Toy Universe will not reimburse, resend or refund uninsured orders.
• The following delivery times are average times in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified.
